We make every piece for you after you order it. That keeps our prices low, and it is why we cannot take pieces back.
Because each piece is made to order in your metal, carat weight and size, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Why we work this way
We do not keep shelves of finished jewelry. Your piece is cast, set and polished after you order it. There is no stock to put a returned piece back into, and no extra cost built into your price to cover returns.
Before you order, please check
- The metal: Sterling Silver, 10K, 14K or 18K gold in white, yellow or rose, or Platinum.
- The carat weight and, where offered, the diamond quality.
- Your ring size. Use our ring size guide and measure carefully.
- Your shipping address, somewhere someone can sign for the package.

If something is wrong when it arrives
Email contact@caratable.com with your order number and clear photos. Manufacturing defects are covered by our lifetime warranty, and every shipment is fully insured in transit.
